Manila Bulletin's August 2024 reporting describes Vic Sotto as a PlayTime PH endorser. That supports a historical advertising association. It does not, by itself, identify him as an owner, account administrator, or person responsible for withdrawals. See the report.

Look for the legal business name in the platform's own terms and footer. If the only identity information you can find is a celebrity photograph, you still have an unanswered operator question. Do not substitute a fan page or an affiliate publisher's identity for the business providing the service.

Compare the brand and full domain
